Returns & Refund Policy

At Dizzy Cat Decals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised decals
  • Used or applied stickers/decals
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
